How much does WisprBee cost?
WisprBee has three plans. Basic is free and includes 2,000 words a month, 50 dictionary terms, 15 snippets, Command, all 100 languages and 30 days of history. Pro is $12 per month — unlimited words, unlimited dictionary and snippets, history kept forever, and the Adaptive Dictionary. Pro Plus is $20 per user per month and adds unlimited team seats with a shared dictionary and snippet library. No card is needed to start.

What happens after my 2,000 free words?
Basic includes 2,000 words to get you going. When you reach them, upgrade to Pro for unlimited words — everything you've already set up (dictionary, snippets, history) carries over.
What's the difference between Pro and Pro Plus?
Basic is free and genuinely usable: 2,000 words a month, 50 dictionary terms, 15 snippets, Command, all 100 languages, and 30 days of history. Pro ($12/mo) lifts the word cap, makes the dictionary and snippets unlimited, keeps your history forever, and adds the Adaptive Dictionary — which learns your names and jargon automatically every time you correct a word, instead of you adding them by hand. Pro Plus ($20/user/mo) adds unlimited team seats with a shared library, roles and member management; any plan can trial a team of two for 30 days.
Is team sharing available on Basic or Pro?
No — team sharing is exclusive to Pro Plus. Basic and Pro are single-user. If you want a shared dictionary and snippets across your team, that's Pro Plus.
Do you offer team plans?
Yes — Pro Plus is the team plan, at $20 per member per month. It gives everyone a shared dictionary and snippet library, roles, and invites. You can start a team and add members from the app.
Which features are actually limited on the free plan?
Two things, and they're the only quotas the product enforces: the 2,000-word monthly allowance, and owning a team beyond one team of two seats for 30 days. Everything else — the Context Engine, Auto-Polish, Command mode, all 100 languages — is on every plan, including free. The dictionary (50 terms), snippets (15) and history (30 days) are capped on Basic rather than withheld.
Who handles billing?
Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record. Paddle processes the payment, handles sales tax and VAT for your country, sends your receipt, and manages returns. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms, and you can manage or cancel the subscription from the link in your Paddle receipt.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — there's a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription purchase. Email [email protected] with the address you bought with and your Paddle order number, or use the help link in your Paddle receipt. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but an unintended renewal reviewed within 14 days will be looked at in good faith. The full terms are on our Refund Policy page.
How do I cancel?
From your account, or via the Paddle receipt link in your purchase confirmation email. Cancelling stops the renewal — you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
